Ok,  so Terry's car is still in the shop not to be done untill the 10th-ish of Dec.  Yesterday the collision people totalled out my car so that means  i'll be getting a new one.  The police report was done yesterday too so Terry faxed a copy to me & our insurance adjuster,  so the ball is rolling there.  Last night I called the girl's insurance company to find out about getting a rental......come to find out no one from her end had filed the report yet!!  Her ins comp wasn't too happy w/ that so they said that they would be in contact w/ her today.  As SOON as her ins comp calls me & getts a recorded statement as to what happened I can get into a rental.  I could get a rental right now & just bill her ins later,  but I can't afford it.
Luckily I have Amber to cart my ass around from home to work & back  :p  <3

As far as the new job goes.......I am currently indifferent.  I like it at some moments & at other's I just want to walk out.  Things are stressful here b/c of the new store & training everyone.  There is ALOT to know & it will take a while,  but at the same time we have to know enough to be able to not have to ask questions constantly.  We are supposed to be going "live" at the new store......next week??  I have been training for 2 weeks,  one girl has been training for a week & the other girl just started monday.

Anyways,  for the moment that is all my brain is going to let me spill out.  Since the accident I have had a pretty constant headache & after the day I had yesterday my brain is still .....mmmmuuuuuuuusssssssssh.

As for the 16yr old girl,  I had one hit me last night.

yup.

that's right.

I was minding my own business on my way over to the hotel that Zac & Amber are staying.  Amber & I were going to go to the pool.  I get off of the highway like usual & head the way of the hotel/pool.  I come up on the light @ the bridge & the Hotel Colorado.  The light was red so I was slowing down,  as I got closer the light turned green,  so I sped up a little.....probabally to about 20mph,  my car doesn't speed up all that fast.  I see someone on the opposite side of the light from me w/ their L turning signal on.  Ok,  so am I correct in thinking that when the light is green the person who is going straight has the right of way??  I believe I am correct.  Anyways,  i'm heading thru the light then BAM!  Out of NO where this girl turns into me!  It was crazy b/c,  well,  I was already going thru the intersection & out of NO where she decides to step on the gas.  I do not believe there were any breaks involved on her end.  She just slammed the fuck into me.  I screamed & actually jumped in my seat.  All of a sudden my head starts hurting,  my upper lip feels like i've just gotten a collagen injection & my car starts filling w/ smoke & all of this funny smelling white shit.  I knew I needed to get out of my car.  I pull on the door handle & push & realize that by now the other girls car is up against my door.  I turn to the side I push my door open w/ both of my feet.  I get out & realize that the air bags have deployed.  These two guys run up to me & grab my arms.  I was perfectally fine,  but they were convinced that I was going to go into shock.  They try to push me back into my car so I can sit down  LOL,  as I was resisting then one of them was all like....."that's probabally not a good idea,  lets take her over to the curb."  It was actually really commical.  I look over at the other driver & see blood comming out of her nose.  She just sat in her car shocked.  There were wittnesses every where due to the lighting of the x-mas lights at The Hotel Colorado.  A woman named DJ came over & sat w/ me.  She had been right behind the girl who had hit me so she stayed w/ me the whole time.  Everything went smoothly.  It was not my fault so that was very good.  All of the police officers were extremely nice & the fire/EMS guy hit on me  .  It was cute.  Zac described the whole situaltion as looking the World Trade Cntr response team.  There were cops every where & a fire truck.  Kinda commical from my point of view.  After all was said & done we all headed to Village Inn, met Claudia & Jason there & ate pie & cake!    I felt I deserved it  LOL.  Then headed to Z & A's room & watched "Superbad".....it was awesome!

Anyways,  my car is trashed.  Quite possibaly totalled.  Two cars in 5 days.  I'm in Glenwood & I live & work in Denver. 

I am actually amazingly enough not even really all that angry about it.  I am just annoyed at the fact that we don't have any transporation,  my lip is still slightly swollen & hurts & my neck is stiff.
